Atty. Giovanna Bagianti

She works mainly in the field of civil law (judicial and extrajudicial), family law and in the field of criminal and juvenile criminal law.

Born in Perugia on September 19, 1970.
In 1995 she graduated in law with 108/110 at the University of Perugia with a thesis in criminal law entitled “The crime of sexual violence”, Supervisor Prof. Fabio Dean.
Since 9.10.1998 she has been a member of the Bar of Perugia.
Since 30.3.2012 she has been enrolled in the Special Register of Lawyers admitted to Legal Aid  before the Court of Cassation and other Higher Jurisdictions.
From 1996 to 2000 she collaborated as Assistant at the Chair of Family Law at the University of Perugia, Faculty of Law.
From 1996 to 2000 she collaborated with the magazine “Rassegna legale Umbra” with the publication of notes and comments on the ruling.
From 2001 to 2011 she worked as a legal consultant for the “Woman’s telephone” Service at the Centre for Equal Opportunities in the Umbria Region.
Since 1995 she has carried out her professional activity mainly throughout the whole Court of Appeal District of Perugia, including the judicial centers of Spoleto and Terni.
